BACE Panel
The Bace Panel is produced by Byucksan Corporation of South Korea. BACE, which stands for Byucksan Autoclaved Cement Extrusion, is a prefabricated and prefinished panel product made by the extrusion molding of cement, followed by steam curing at a high temperature (180 C) and high pressure (10 atmosphere). It is lightweight with high strength and fine surface finish
Applications
For buildings : outer/inner walls, floors, partitions, stairways, etc.
For noise blocking : highways, roads, railroads, etc
Durability
Factory produced with special cement sand mix. High strength properties
Design Variability
The surface of the panel can be expressed in different styles with its design options
Lightweight
At unit weight of 40 kg~60 kg per ㎡, it is lighter weight than precast concrete panel
Free-Finish
Can be tiled or painted over or in its natural finish
Stability
High-temperature steam curing reduces shrinkage, expansion, and distortion after installation
Quakeproof
Its installation assembly absorbs shocks from earthquake
Non-Combustible
PSB-tested and rated non-combustible and Class “O”
Environmental Friendly
Eco-friendly and has no asbestos
